Regimental Headquarters The Royal Irish Rangers moved from St Patrick’s Barracks, Ballymena to the War Memorial Building (Annexe), Waring St, Belfast and opened in a reduced form with Regimental Offices in St Lucia Barracks Omagh and Sovereign’s House Armagh.
