We have a dedicated but small staff, so when someone wants to help with fundraising, we are incredibly grateful. If you or your group would like to get involved in raising money to help keep these amazing stories alive, please do get in touch. We know some of you are there are experts in the field, whilst others might be new to it, so we are here to help in whatever way we can. Don’t forget to record your progress with pictures and videos so we can share your amazing stories and events. From social media to fliers, we have someone on the team who can make the journey a little easier.

Keeping us moving
No army moves without transport and we are no different. At Enniskillen Castle you can find an amazing selection of vehicles from bikes to tanks! And…did you know…some of them are still in working order. But this is no mean feat. Maintaining the engines takes special expertise and let us assure you , that doesn’t come cheap. Especially for the parts! Our fleet is kept in tyres by our dedicated Vehicle Volunteers, who not only undertake the day to day maintenance but they also give up their free time to raise money for the specialist work. Run for Victory
In May 2025, the intrepid team at 2 R IRISH donned their best trainers to take part in a 24hr run to raise money for the museum. With over 80 participants taking part, they raised an amazing £4,235. No one gave up, not even in the quiet hours between dusk and dawn. The money raised will allow the conservation of a rare 18th Century drum that was recently donated to the collection by Shirley and her family.
